LG KP500 aka 'COOKIE'

The LG Cookie is a GSM Quadband handset supporting CPS/GPRS/EDGE however lacks 3G HSDPA support. LG Cookie has a large 3.0" 240 x 400 WQVGA touchscreen display supporting upto 262k colors. Similar to the Viewty, the User Interface of the LG Cookie is also Flash based and The LG Cookie also has accelerometer for auto-UI rotation. One of the drawbacks of this phone is that The Cookie does not play DivX or XviD files. Moreover, the video recording of LG Cookie won't be as exciting as that of some other LG cameraphones. Here you'll have only QVGA video at 12fps. The estimated price of LG Cookie is 170 euro before taxes and subsidies. Overall, The LG Cookie seems to be a promising phone that will be a good inexpensive alternative to the Apple iPhone 3G if you crave for the touch screen experience.

The most unique feature of this mirror surfaced slide phone is the theme colourizer. The look of the phone can be changed by the Xpress-on™ covers which come with the phone. And to enhance the colour theme, we have the theme colourizer with which the Navi™ Key illumination and the wallpaper get adjusted by identifying the colours with the camera. The phone has a 3.2 megapixel auto-focus camera with dual LED flash light and upto 8x digital zoom. The picture quality of the captured images look pretty good as the phone is having a 2" QVGA display supporting up to 16.7 million colours and 320 x 240 pixel resolution. This phones comes with a 64 MB internal memory and external memory expandable up to 2 GB by microSD memory cards. One more noticeable feature of this phone is that one can protect data with a PIN code by locking the phone. FM stereo radio with RDS (Radio Data System) and a Music player supporting MP3, AAC, and eAAC+ files are there for music requirements. For connectivity, a 2.5 mm AV connector, USB connector ,TV out functionality and Bluetooth 2.0 bring the phone at par with others. The phone has Stylus, plectrum and finger touch support for text input and user interface control.
